Meet our exhibit faculty

Bryan Goldstein, MD

Associate Director, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve Replacement

A native of Boston, Mass., Dr. Goldstein graduated with honors from Amherst College, where he earned his medical degree with honors from Boston University School of Medicine. His clinical expertise is in congenital cardiac catheterization and he has a particular clinical focus on transcatheter valve therapy and innovative hybrid therapies.

Ryan Moore, MD

Pediatric Cardiologist, Heart Institute
Virtual Reality in Pediatric Cardiology Education

Dr. Moore is pediatric cardiologist with the Heart Institute at Cincinnati Children’s and his clinical interests include echocardiography, cardiac MRI, Cardiology Consult Service and General Cardiology Outpatient Clinic.


Lisa Lee, MD

Director, Outpatient Services, Heart Institute
Lean Principles in the ACHD Clinic and Process Improvement

Dr. Lee is the director of Outpatient Services at Cincinnati Children’s Heart Institute. She has a deep commitment to improving community-based cardiology services and works at outreach locations multiple times per week.


Tara Haskell, MBA, MHSA

Business Manager, Heart Institute
Lean Principles in the ACHD Clinic

Tara joined the Heart Institute as a Business Manager after completing her Master’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Health Services Administration at Xavier University. While at Xavier, Tara pursued her interests in quality improvement and program development through the Administrative Resident role in Strategy and Growth at Cincinnati Children’s.

Megan Isley, DNP, RN, NEA-BC

Clinical Director, Cardiology
Lean Principles in the ACHD Clinic

Megan is the Director for Ambulatory Cardiology in the Heart Institute at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Megan has had a variety of experience working at Duke University Health System and Nationwide Children’s in advanced practice, education and leadership roles. Megan has obtained certification as a pediatric nurse practitioner (CPNP) and nurse executive, advanced (NEA-BC). Megan earned her BSN from West Liberty University and her MSN and DNP from Duke University.

Tracey Gerstner, RN, BSN

Human Resources, Talent Acquisition Consultant
Nurse Recruiting

Tracey joined Cincinnati Children’s in 1986 as a new graduate registered nurse after graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing and Health. Began working as a staff nurse in the Specialty Resource Unit, caring for patients in the critical care units, Emergency Department and medical/surgical units. Tracey became the Director of Ambulatory Services in 1992, managing the subspecialty clinic operations. In 2000, she became the Talent Acquisition Consultant for nursing recruitment.

Michael McNaughton, MBA

Business Manager, Heart Institute
Lean Principles in the ACHD Clinic

Michael joined the Heart Institute as a Business Manager after spending his first eight years with Cincinnati Children’s in their Revenue Cycle Division; six years in Professional Billing and two years in Cash Posting/Credit Balance Operations. During his tenure with Cincinnati Children’s he has been afforded the opportunity to employ his passion for operational efficiency, quality improvement, and employee empowerment through various department collaborations and task forces.
